Associate Territory Sales Manager – Medical Device Sales

We’re a fast-growing medical device company expanding our sales team across the Northeast markets. If you have some outside sales experience and you’ve been trying to break into medical device sales, this role is a strong entry point with real upside.

You’ll represent a clinically proven medical device that helps improve quality of life for patients living with venous disease and lymphedema. This is a relationship-driven role that blends physician education, patient interaction, and hands-on product demonstrations.

What you’ll be doing

• Run a full consultative sales cycle: prospecting, setting meetings, product demos, in-services, closing, and follow-up
• Build relationships with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff by educating them on the device and appropriate patient use
• Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients and support them through questions and next steps
• Partner closely with the Territory Sales Manager to execute sales plans and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
• Support customers through ongoing education around disease states, treatment pathways, and reimbursement basics

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of outside sales experience
• Experience with in-person product demos is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working with patients, providers, and clinical teams
• Coachable, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in medical sales

What you’ll get

• $70,000 base salary
• Commission opportunity up to $6,000 per month
• Clear path to promotion into a Territory Sales Manager role with higher base and uncapped commission
