Associate Territory Sales Manager – Medical Device Sales

We’re a fast-growing medical device company expanding our sales team across several Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. If you have some outside sales experience and you’ve been trying to break into medical device sales, this role is a strong entry point with real upside.
You’ll represent a clinically proven medical device that helps improve quality of life for patients living with venous disease and lymphedema. This is a relationship-driven role that blends physician education, patient interaction, and hands-on product demonstrations.
What you’ll be doing
- Run a full consultative sales cycle: prospecting, setting meetings, product demos, in-services, closing, and follow-up
- Build relationships with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff by educating them on the device and appropriate patient use
- Provide in-home product demonstrations for patients and support them through questions and next steps
- Partner closely with the Territory Sales Manager to execute sales plans and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Support customers through ongoing education around disease states, treatment pathways, and reimbursement basics
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Experience with in-person product demos is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working with patients, providers, and clinical teams
- Coachable, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in medical sales
What you’ll get
- $70,000 base salary
- Commission opportunity up to $6,000 per month
- Clear path to promotion into a Territory Sales Manager role with higher base and uncapped commission
