This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.

Compensation
Position starts at $16.00 per hour, however, PHN recognizes licensure, experience, education and site location when determining wage.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN New Castle Dental Center 2807 Wilmington Road New Castle PA 16105
General office hours (not to exceed 40 hours per week):
Monday 8:15am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:15am - 8:00pm
Wednesday 8:15am - 5:00pm
Thursday 8:15am - 5:00pm
Friday 8:15am - 2:00pm
NO WEEKENDS
Education/Experience Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient
- Excellent phone skills
- Flexibility in the workplace
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Must be available to work evening hours, as required)
