- Monday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Tuesday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Qualifications
- Graduated and obtain license as a PMHNP
- Current PA License; and Current DEA License
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
