Position Overview
The Professional Development Coordinator is responsible for creating, coordinating, implementing, and tracking training, education, and professional development programs for employees across the organization. This position supports regulatory compliance, onboarding, ongoing competency development, and continuing education requirements in alignment with the mission of the organization.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in professional development, training coordination, or HR preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, education, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Healthcare or community health experience preferred.
- Experience with LMS or HRIS systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
