- Monday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
- Wednesday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners.
- Certified as a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current PA License; and Current DEA License
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
