Position: Associate Attorney - Real Estate/ Landlord Tenant Litigation (NY)Location: 42 Broadway, Suite 1744, New York, NY 10004The Price Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated, high-energy Associate Attorney for our demanding Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant Litigation practice in Lower Manhattan (42 Broadway). Ideal for an admitted or pending attorney eager to gain rapid courtroom experience.This is a fast-paced, court-heavy role requiring a strong desire to be in court daily.Key Focus & ResponsibilitiesDaily Court Appearances: Handle calendar calls, argue motions, and progress toward conducting trials and inquests in Landlord/Tenant and Civil/Supreme matters.Legal Drafting: Draft all litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, opposition papers, and appeals.Case Management: Handle all phases of litigation, client communication, due diligence, and high-volume data entry/case preparation.Transactional Support: Assist with drafting/reviewing contracts for sales, purchases, and leases (as needed).Must-HavesJ.D. from an accredited law school.Admitted to or Pending Admission to the NY State Bar (REQUIRED).Strong interest in NY Real Estate Law.Self-starter, professional communicator, and able to multi-task in a high-volume setting.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn/be in court are a must.CompensationSalary (Pending Admission): $70,000 - $90,000 annually.Salary (Admitted): Competitive and based on experience, with a guaranteed increase upon NY Bar admittance.Benefits: Medical insurance and comprehensive benefits.Company DescriptionThe Price Law Firm is a powerhouse legal practice centrally located in Lower Manhattan, New York.
