Assistant Manager/Supervisor Pretzel Place

The Pretzel Place in Southgate Mall is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager/Supervisor. We are a hand rolled, soft pretzel shop operating inside the mall. Candidates for the position should be self motivated, great with customers and co-workers, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous food/retail experience a plus but not required. Previous supervisor experience also a big plus. Biggest requirement is a service oriented and happy/outgoing attitude. Position is full time and open availability is needed.
Job duties will include but are not limited to: making dough, rolling and cooking pretzels, helping customers, cleaning, prepping and overseeing the store when the manager is off duty.
Pay will start at $17 to $18/hr.
Assistant Manager benefits include:
One week annual paid vacation after one year of continuous service.
Quarterly performance bonuses (at current sales volume the bonus would be approximately $600/quarter or $2400 annually)
