What You’ll Lead:
- Assist the Director with daily childcare center operations and campus management
- Ensure compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing, health, and safety standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of teaching staff
- Maintain proper classroom ratios, staffing schedules, and coverage
- Build strong relationships with families through professional communication and support
- Oversee enrollment processes, tours, and family engagement
- Assist with billing, reporting, and childcare management systems (Procare preferred)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for licensing and audits
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality standards
- Model professionalism, leadership, and PREP brand standards at all timesnership and leadership to bring The PREP vision to life with excellence
- Manage day-to-day staff scheduling, and administrative duties with integrity and organization

What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare center (leadership experience preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED (required); CDA or higher education in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong knowledge of childcare licensing and compliance standards
- Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and childcare software (Procare a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours based on the schools needs
- Must pass background check
