- Create financial plans
- Create meeting agendas and “draft recommendations” (To be finalized by client facing advisor)
- Prepare additional planning or sales materials
- Build asset allocation analysis and portfolio audit reviews of prospect and client portfolios
- Coordination and communication with operations team
- Degrees, Designations, and Licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ideally started with CFP certification or desire to pursue certification
- 7/63/SIE/L&H
- Industry experience
- 1-5 years
- Skill Requirements to excel in this position
- Understanding and execution of firm’s planning philosophy and planning process
- Ability to use firm planning philosophy to develop well thought out recommendations to meet client needs
- Mastery of firm Technology (PX, CRM, Morningstar, NMCIR, etc.)
- Skill Requirements to be promoted
- Fluent and confident in financial planning, tax strategies, estate planning, investments, insurance
- Crisp and professional client communication skills
- Emotional Intelligence to understand unique “client narratives”
- Great attitude
