Project Manager – Commercial / Industrial Construction
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $120,000-$140,000

The Premier Group is currently partnering with a well-established, family-oriented construction company in the Denver market to identify an experienced Project Manager. The Opportunity
The #1 priority for this position is strong tilt-up / tilt-wall construction experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through completion while working closely with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and staying involved in all aspects of project execution.
What You’ll Do
- Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project execution
- Review and administer contracts and subcontracts
- Manage change orders, including pricing, documentation, negotiation, and approval
- Coordinate and track RFIs throughout the project
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and project documents
- Monitor project costs, commitments, and financial performance
- Support procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Partner closely with the Superintendent to keep field operations aligned with the project plan
- Identify potential issues early and proactively drive solutions
- Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong tilt-up / tilt-wall construction experience
- 5 years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout
- Experience managing contracts, change orders, RFIs, subcontracts, and project documentation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working directly with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field leadership
- Construction management software and Microsoft Office experience preferred
