Senior Electrical Estimator
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $120,000-$135,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Environment: Primarily Office-Based
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Typical 50-hour work week)

What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for multi-family projects.
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis.
- Utilize Accubid software to develop detailed estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Analyze project risks, labor requirements, and material costs.
- Participate in bid reviews and estimate presentations.
- Help ensure bids align with company goals, project requirements, and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of electrical estimating experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, installation methods, and current industry standards.
- Experience estimating projects ranging from approximately $1M-$4M .
- Proficiency with Accubid (required).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician background.
- Hands-on field experience in the electrical trade.
- Experience with Multi-Family electrical construction.
