SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales & Marketing Collateral Specialist to assist with the creation, administration, and management of internal and external collateral for our products, events, and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales messaging and content development. They will have knowledge and skills to produce a monthly magazine. The ultimate goal is to generate New Members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Publish 10-12 Magazines to generate leads per year
- Support the creation of internal sales and marketing services collateral for Sales Team, partners and customers
- Own collateral for coaching products, events, and team trainings
- Curate and add new collateral to website, sales resource library, landing pages, etc.
- When needed, participate in creating copy and collateral for delivery sequences and marketing campaigns
- Oversee the proofing process ensuring that all aspects have been checked for accuracy, grammar, and cohesiveness.
- Provide basic administrative duties including scheduling meetings, tracking results, file management, payment of vendors, etc.
- Initiate and maintain communication with clients (fax, email, mail, phone).
- Run reports, sort data, listen to inbound calls and initiate communication using database.
- Work with copywriters, designers, transcriptionists, printers, and mail houses among other vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
- Take content delivered by the Owner of the Company and re-package that content in other outputs including the magazine, monthly content mailer, future event content, other articles, emails, product development, and other outbound communication devices.
- Help develop and write communications as well as other projects that will vary including emails, content mailers, event and product related materials, and other outbound communications
- Act as the project manager for all pieces; coordinating all parties including the employees of the company, the Owner of the company, and all vendors and other resources necessary.
- Innovate and look for inspiration for updates and new things for all collateral.
- Facilitate the process of getting digital versions created.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word).
- Comfortable with computers and technology.
- Experience in print design or knowledge of design aesthetics a plus
- Database management and/or marketing related applications experience a plus.
- Ability and skill in collaborating with different levels of staff to complete required tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and confident decision-making abilities.
