Retail Sales Associate

Overview

The Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.

The Luxury Retail Sales Associate will be responsible to provide a great guest experience through completing sales of luxury apparel.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual sales goals, thus contributing to the store goal by developing and enhancing the business
• Provide a personalized guest experience while demonstrating excellent product knowledge
• Uphold visual standards and contribute to the daily operations of the store. Maintain a neat and organized stockroom and understock space
• Capture meaningful guest data for the purposes of following up with the guest, retaining the relationship, and personalizing future guest opportunities
• Utilize guest data weekly to create shopping appointments and to send invites to guests for any in-store events
• Maintain security standards for the store and hotel to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and merchandisev
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of luxury retail experience
• Knowledge of other languages an asset
• High school diploma required
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
• Physical demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing
