We’re growing quickly and looking for a Marketing Partner to help us shape our value for companies ready to grow, deliver exceptional work and help build an amazing agency we can all be proud of.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Partner, you’ll be both a builder and a doer—leading client-facing projects while also contributing to building our agency culture. The right person loves variety, creativity, problem-solving, and wearing multiple hats. They should be excited about building processes, not intimidated by a growing company.
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as the main client point of contact (account manager), ensuring relationships are strong and communication is clear.
- Execute marketing plans across channels:
- Write for multiple mediums (web, social, email, blogs, collateral).
- Manage and execute email campaigns.
- Design marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
- Oversee and manage social media accounts.
- Collaborate and direct peers/contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

Who You Are
- Experienced in B2B industries and digital marketing
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects.
- A strategic thinker who also loves rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Confident in client-facing conversations and relationship management.
- Energized by working in a small, growing agency where your impact is visible.
- Able to work in our East Greenwich office 3 days each week.
Experience Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, communications, marketing, or any relevant course of study or commiserate work experience – less important is the piece of paper – more important is your ability to think critically
- 5 years of marketing experience; agency preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
