Pay & Perks
- $17–$23 per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime available during busy seasons
- Commission opportunities (training provided)
- 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
- Company vehicles provided (report to HQ, then head out with crew)
Schedule
- 4x10 schedule (4 days per week)
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Consistent long weekends
What You'll Be Doing
- Build ponds, waterfalls, and custom water features
- Rock placement and landscape construction
- Irrigation installation (PVC – not residential plumbing)
- Excavation, grading, and site preparation
- General construction and outdoor project work
Growth Opportunity

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in landscaping, construction, masonry, plumbing, or similar
- Enjoys working with hands and outdoors
- Takes pride in quality work
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
