Position Summary
The Total Rewards Administrator coordinates PCC’s compensation, payroll, and benefits activities. This role combines hands-on administration with analysis and process improvement to help ensure employees are paid accurately, compensation decisions are consistent and well-supported, and benefit programs are communicated and administered effectively.
What You'll Do
- Maintain job descriptions and support job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, internal-equity reviews, and compensation recommendations.
- Coordinate compensation processes, including merit increases, pay adjustments, and other employee rewards.
- Perform and coordinate payroll processing, reconciliations, timekeeping corrections, garnishments, variable payments, and required reporting.
- Review personnel actions affecting positions, compensation, employment status, benefits, or payroll for accuracy and appropriate documentation. Coordinate benefits administration and employee communication with DMBA and other service partners.
- Analyze employee, market, utilization, and cost information to recommend total rewards programs that employees value.
- Support audits, reporting, policies, system improvements, and the secure management of sensitive employee information.
- Coordinate the work of part-time support staff and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, organizational leaders, and external partners.
