Position Overview
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing cleaning teams across residential,
commercial, and luxury properties. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and a hands-on
approach to ensure all services are completed to company standards. The Supervisor serves as the
first point of contact for the cleaning team and models professionalism, integrity, and excellence at all
times.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a cleaning supervisor or leadership role
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach performance, and maintain quality control
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example using the standard: See it. Say it. Coach it.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all team members during each shift
- Ensure all team members arrive on time, in full uniform, and polished for the day
- Conduct pre-shift check-ins and assign tasks clearly
- Walk through each job site to ensure cleaning is completed 100% before sign-off
- Perform final inspections to confirm quality and completeness
- Account for all cleaning supplies and equipment at the end of each shift
- Ensure team members take breaks in accordance with company policy and labor standards
- Address issues immediately and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Protect client privacy, luxury finishes, and personal belongings at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.87 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
