We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer with a background in Plumbing and Mechanical systems who can successfully manage multiple projects, field teams, and client relationships from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

Position Summary
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- In person (Need to relocate before starting work)
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer with a background in Plumbing and Mechanical systems who can successfully manage multiple projects, field teams, and client relationships from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
- Manage all phases of projects from pre-construction through closeout, including estimating, planning, execution, and final delivery
- Perform project management functions required to secure and execute work, detailed estimates, written proposals, and client presentations
- Oversee contracts in full scope, including sales, estimating, procurement, scheduling, and project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors
- Schedule and coordinate field labor, ensuring efficient manpower planning and proper installation sequencing
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions
- Prepare and Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, including proposals, contracts, ensuring timely communication and proper documentation
- Monitor job progress through site visits, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules
- Excellent blueprint reading skills and understanding of construction documents
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Understand and manage the financial aspects of each project, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and maintaining profitability
- Track job costs, oversee billing, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Identify risks and implement strategies to prevent delays, cost overruns, or scope issues
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and project success
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and performance
- Support business development by maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation
- Successful management of contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution
- Scheduling of field labor and installation sequencing
- Prepare monthly billings
- 5 years of experience in Plumbing and Mechanical (Required)
- 2 years of experience with Fast pipe and all Microsoft applications. Especially excel for data analysis and reporting (Required)
- Background check clearance and clean DMV record (Required)
- 5 years of experience in estimating, design and management of projects from $50,000 to $10 million
- State and Federal contract agency experience
- Ability to operate independently
- Demonstrate a corresponding high sense of integrity
- Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities, employing strong organizational skills to respond successfully to a high volume
