What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Bookseller position at The Plot Twist?
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with ease.
- Offer thoughtful, enthusiastic recommendations—whether it’s the perfect drink or the perfect romance read.
- Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Shelving, restocking, cleaning and keeping shelves organized.
- Assist with drink menu creations
- Participate in off-site work, including pop-ups, special events, and community engagements.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effortlessly and anticipating needs.
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and collaboratively with customers and fellow team members.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive personality who enjoys being a part of a team
- Bartending experience required (6 months required) TABC required
- Someone who values cleanliness and organization
- Inventory skills a plus
- Willingness to work week nights and weekends
- Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Someone looking for a place to grow and transition into full-time position as our bar expands.
Salary : $12 - $14
