We are seeking a strategic and hands?on Vice President of Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, and risk management across the organization. This role is ideal for a structured thinker who can design scalable financial processes, provide high?level guidance, and empower teams to execute effectively.
The VP of Finance will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, translating financial data into clear insights that support growth, operational discipline, and sound decision?making.
Key Responsibilities- Own and lead FP&A, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain predictive cash flow models to support liquidity planning and strategic investments
- Oversee enterprise?level risk management, identifying financial, operational, and market risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Establish scalable financial structures, frameworks, and controls that support organizational growth
- Provide clear, high?level financial direction—able to define the “what” and “why,” then delegate the “how”
- Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and long?term planning
- Ensure financial rigor while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic operating environment
- Proven senior finance leadership experience (VP Finance, Head of Finance, or similar level)
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Understanding of construction accounting (work?in?progress, cost tracking, revenue recognition) is a plus
- Background in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial environments preferred, though not required
- Experience designing financial processes rather than only operating within existing ones
- A structured, systems?oriented thinker who brings clarity to complex financial situations
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
- Confident decision?maker who can set direction and trust teams to execute
