Location: Chester, VA 23836
3 days in office and 2 days remote
Required Experienc
- eMinimum of 2 years of directly related experience in classroom and/or web-based training needs analysis, instructional design, development, implementation, and maintenance
- .Experience applying the ADDIE instructional design methodology is preferred
- .Strong written communication and technical documentation skills
- .Experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and computer-based training materials
.Educatio
- nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required
- .Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred, but not required
.Preferred Qualification
- sOperational knowledge or practical experience in one or more of the following industries
