HR & Admin Coordinator
Contract-to-hire
Hours- 8-4:30 or 8:30-5 or 9-5:30
Location- Onsite daily in Franklin, MA (just off 495)
$24-27hr
Must haves:
-0-2 years of administrative, HR or marketing experience
-Strong communication skills
-MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
Preferred:
-Associate or Bachelor degree
-Manufacturing or Distribution industry
Job Description:
The HR & Administrative Coordinator provides day-to-day support across HR and general office administration. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling a high volume of shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Coordinator will split time between HR staffing/employee lifecycle support and general administrative and office coordination duties, working closely with the HR, Marketing and Administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support
- Coordinate direct labor staffing, including scheduling interviews, providing candidate feedback to staffing agencies, and tracking offer statuses and open positions
- Track pre-employment screenings and manage first-day logistics for new hires
- Support contractor conversions to direct employment
- Validate weekly hours worked for 40 contractors and submit to the staffing agency for payroll processing
- Coordinate indirect staffing needs, including onboarding paperwork, pre-employment screening, I-9/E-Verify completion, workstation setup, and onboarding scheduling
- Support employee exit processes, including exit coordination and workstation clear-out
- Provide general employee support during Open Enrollment, including staffing the computer lab for ICHRA-related questions
- Administer the company Service Award program
General Administration
- Lead the company's Charitable Giving initiative and serve as the primary point of contact for the ACS
- Coordinate Involvement Committee events
- Oversee expense report processing
- Oversee NDA tracking and administration
- Support venue bookings, catering, reservations, and equipment rentals
- Provide front-desk reception coverage when needed
- Provide scheduling support for team meetings
- Maintain and update action item trackers
- Support data entry and data clean-up projects
