Senior Project Manager
Location: Lexington, NC
Compensation: $100,000–$117,000 annually
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction-related projects and programs for a well-established organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys driving projects from planning through closeout, and is confident managing budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and project execution at a high level.

• Lead large-scale projects and oversee multiple program activities from kickoff through completion
• Define project scope, coordinate bid packages, and work with qualified vendors across multiple disciplines
• Review and compile bids, then provide recommendations for vendor selection and project awards
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance to help ensure project goals, timelines, and quality expectations are met
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle, including contracts, meeting notes, change records, and closeout materials
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communication to leadership and stakeholders
• Support project administration, scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 years of project management experience within the construction industry
• Strong background in construction project delivery, budgeting, accruals, and financial oversight
• Experience with vendor coordination, contractor management, and stakeholder communication
• PMI certification required
• Additional certifications or industry affiliations are a plus

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, field teams, and leadership
• Comfortable presenting project updates, recommendations, and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and email communication tools
