SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR: CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (CLM)
THE MISSION:
We are seeking a high-impact, Senior Project Leader to architect and drive the end-to-end implementation of highly integrated Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (pre and post-signature). This role demands a proactive, results-oriented expert who can seamlessly translate complex technical requirements into guaranteed delivery and business value.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN AND DRIVE
- Strategic Delivery: Own the execution, scope, and schedule for high-complexity, multi-dependent CLM projects.
- Risk Mastery (RAID): Proactively identify, track, and resolve Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) across all project teams and external partners.
- Financial & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and coordinate resource allocation with departmental leadership.
- Technical Translation: Utilize systems analysis methods to translate intricate functional requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.
- Executive Alignment: Build and maintain strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders, communicating progress, influencing outcomes, and ensuring alignment at all levels.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- 10 Years in IT Project Management, with extensive, proven success in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects.
- Must be a self-starter with a demonstrable track record of driving projects to completion.
- Expertise in leveraging various Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with an ability to flex as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid financial acumen and experience with budget management.
HIGHLY VALUED SKILLS
- Specific knowledge of data privacy and security standards in the healthcare industry.
- PMP Certification.
- Consulting experience.
- Background as a former developer or engineer.
Salary : $65 - $75
