Senior Power BI & Platform Platform Developer (3)

We are seeking a Senior Developer to architect and scale enterprise analytics solutions. This role focuses on advanced semantic modeling, performance optimization, and lifecycle management within the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Semantic Architecture: Design and optimize large-scale Power BI semantic models (1GB ) using Star Schema and advanced DAX.

• Performance & Governance: Troubleshoot refresh health, tune DAX efficiency, and implement Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Data Strategy: Lead the design of certified datasets to support governed self-service reporting and enterprise data standards.

• Capacity Management: Navigate Power BI licensing (Pro/Premium) and capacity constraints for cost-effective delivery.

• 5 years of Power BI development experience.

• 2 years of advanced expertise in semantic model design, DAX troubleshooting, and performance tuning at scale.

• Advanced SQL: Expertise in complex queries, joins, and database performance.

• Dataverse: Solid understanding of Dataverse tables, relationships, and security.

• Enterprise Mindset: Proven ability to manage governance, security, and compliance in large-scale environments.

• Power Platform: Experience with Canvas Apps (required) and Power Automate.

• Advanced BI: Experience with incremental refresh and composite models.
