ryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives, including system integrations, migrations, and enterprise transformation projects. This role requires a strong leader who can manage cross-functional teams, build stakeholder alignment, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objective

• esLead end-to-end delivery of complex technology project
• s.Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverable
• s.Maintain and track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions
• ).Manage project dependencies and resolve issues across teams and stakeholder
• s.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive decision-making, and communicate project status to leadershi
• p.Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and action item
• s.Partner with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirement
• s.Coordinate with other project managers to ensure alignment across initiative

s.Qualificatio

• ns10 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably leading integration or migration project
• s.Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiative
• s.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including executive-level interaction
• s.Experience translating technical requirements into actionable business plan
• s.Strong organizational, financial, and risk management skill
• s.Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• s.Knowledge of healthcare compliance, privacy, and security standards preferre
• d.Consulting experience and PMP certification are a plu
