High‑Impact, Startup‑Style Innovation at Enterprise Scale
We are evolving how we build and launch products—moving faster, experimenting more, and partnering more closely with our customers. We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who thrives in ambiguity, thinks like a builder, and enjoys shaping products in a dynamic, startup‑like environment—with the stability and scale of an industry leader.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t need rigid structures to succeed, is energized by rapid iteration, and enjoys collaborating directly with customers to define and validate the right solutions. You’ll work on innovative, AI‑enabled products (including Aegis) that directly impact how clients interact with data and insights.
Why This Role Is Different
- Startup pace, enterprise stability: Fast‑moving product development without the financial risk of a startup
- Built‑in customers: Engaged users actively waiting for new features and enhancements
- Backed investment: Funding and executive support is all internal—no outside investors
- Modern product tooling: Azure DevOps and Jira
- AI-forward work: Hands‑on exposure to AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, shaping how AI interacts with customers
Role Summary
As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll own problems—not just features. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and data teams to transform customer needs into impactful, measurable outcomes. This role blends product strategy, customer discovery, and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, high‑trust environment.
You’ll engage directly with customers, interview users to understand their point of view, and help ensure AI‑driven experiences feel intuitive, valuable, and human‑centered. Success in this role requires comfort operating in the “gray,” making informed decisions with evolving inputs, and continuously learning through experimentation.
