We are seeking a Pipeline Scheduler I to join a pipeline operations team supporting the scheduling, coordination, and movement of products throughout a pipeline network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project controls, scheduling, logistics, or operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience in scheduling, logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, or project coordination
- Knowledge of the petroleum, pipeline, or energy industry
- Coursework in bookkeeping or inventory management
- Experience working with inventory reconciliation or operational scheduling
- Develop and maintain pipeline transportation schedules to maximize system utilization
- Coordinate product movements while ensuring schedule accuracy and operational efficiency
- Communicate schedules and operational updates with internal teams and customers
- Monitor and manage pipeline inventory positions
- Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with month-end inventory balancing and reporting
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve inventory variances
- Review and validate scheduling tickets for accuracy
- Coordinate corrections with operations and scheduling personnel
- Monitor nominations, allocations, and scheduling changes
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal departments and external customers
- Communicate planned outages, maintenance activities, and schedule changes
- Respond to routine scheduling and inventory inquiries
- Analyze scheduling data, utilization metrics, and operational performance
- Assist with root cause analysis and process improvements
- Support department initiatives focused on efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Participate in special projects as assigned
