Our client is hiring two key engineers for a growing intelligent automation team within a large healthcare-focused organization: a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer and a Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer. Both roles are hands-on and centered around Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, building enterprise-grade automation solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and business outcomes.
You’ll partner with business and technology stakeholders to modernize processes, integrate with enterprise systems, and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable automation. The Lead role adds architectural ownership, project leadership, and mentoring responsibilities; the Senior role is a strong individual contributor focused on high-quality solution delivery.
What you’ll do (both roles)
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, and UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator).
- Analyze business processes, identify high-impact automation opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Integrate automation with APIs, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across workflows, integrations, orchestration, and platform performance.
- Build dashboards and analytics that improve operational visibility and support data-driven decisions.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to automation governance, documentation, and Center of Excellence practices and help drive continuous improvement.
Additional scope for the Lead
- Own solution architecture and serve as a subject matter expert on the automation platforms.
- Lead technical delivery across projects: design, estimation, execution, code reviews, and production support.
- Mentor engineers and analysts; drive standards, best practices, and reusability across the automation portfolio.
What we’re looking for
- Senior: 3 years building automation with Power Platform and/or UiPath, 5 years overall technical experience.
- Lead: 7 years designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions, including 5 years with Power Platform and 3 years with UiPath.
- Strong experience integrating with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to analyze processes and deliver meaningful efficiency and quality gains.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and comfort working in fast-paced, Agile environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: AI/ML, intelligent document processing, low-code / no-code patterns, and prior healthcare or large-enterprise experience.
If you’re a Power Platform / UiPath engineer who wants to work on meaningful, enterprise-scale automation, let us know which level (Senior vs Lead) you see yourself in
