Our client is seeking a Junior NetSuite Administrator to join their growing team in Greenville, NC. This is a great opportunity for a NetSuite professional early in their career who wants to expand their technical and functional knowledge while working closely with Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders.
The Junior NetSuite Administrator will support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the NetSuite environment. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across user support, system configuration, reporting, workflows, data management, testing, integrations, and ongoing system improvements.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, organized, and eager to learn, with a solid foundation in NetSuite and an interest in growing into a broader NetSuite Administrator or Business Systems role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administration and production support for NetSuite.
- Assist with user setup, roles, permissions, dashboards, and access management.
- Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and provide support to Finance, Operations, and other business teams.
- Support configuration and maintenance of NetSuite modules, records, forms, fields, workflows, and customizations.
- Create and maintain Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Assist with workflow development and basic system automation.
- Support CSV imports, exports, data cleanup, and data integrity initiatives.
- Assist with testing NetSuite releases, enhancements, integrations, and system changes.
- Help monitor and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
- Participate in requirements gathering and documentation for system enhancements.
- Assist with UAT, regression testing, and validation of new functionality.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base materials.
- Partner with senior NetSuite resources and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Assist with ongoing optimization of the NetSuite environment as the organization continues to grow.
- Support NetSuite-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- 1–3 years of NetSuite experience in an Administrator, Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite navigation, configuration, roles, permissions, and user administration.
- Experience creating or maintaining Saved Searches and NetSuite reports.
- Exposure to workflows, dashboards, custom fields, forms, and other NetSuite configuration.
- Understanding of core business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or financial operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Greenville, NC.
- NetSuite Administrator certification or progress toward certification.
- Exposure to SuiteScript or other NetSuite development concepts.
- Experience supporting NetSuite integrations or third-party applications.
- Familiarity with CSV imports and data migration activities.
- Experience with NetSuite release testing and sandbox environments.
- Exposure to Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or another integration platform.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, gaming, or another operationally complex environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
This role is ideal for someone with solid foundational NetSuite experience who wants to continue developing both technically and functionally.
