The IT Project Manager will lead the implementation of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool for hard goods product teams. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder communication, and experience managing enterprise initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Oversee the implementation of a PLM system
• Ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget
• Facilitate workshops for discovery, planning, and execution
• Lead Agile Scrum meetings and iterative development cycles

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Create and distribute weekly status reports
• Document action items and maintain RACI matrices
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests

• Participate in resource forecasting and staffing
• Manage project closure activities and ensure documentation of deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6–10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Foundational understanding of PLM tools
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SAFe is a plus)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM implementations
• Familiarity with ERP systems or downstream applications
• Experience in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries
• Active certifications such as PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, CAPM®, Prince2, or Six Sigma

• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
• Risk and issue management with escalation procedures
• Proficient in tracking action items and maintaining RACI matrices
• Skilled in status reporting and change request management
• Experience in resource forecasting and project closure activities
