- Assess current IBM Domino server architecture, configurations, and integrations to identify bottlenecks, misconfigurations, and errors.
- Troubleshoot issues affecting order data transmission to downstream delivery systems.
- Perform diagnostic reviews of server logs, replication processes, mail routing, and application performance.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Support upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to prevent future disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and operations staff to understand workflow dependencies and verify resolution of order-processing issues.
- Document findings, updates, and system changes for future reference.
- Provide best-practice guidance on Domino administration, security, maintenance, and performance tuning.
- Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Domino Server administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strong expertise in Lotus Notes applications, replication, mail routing, Domino Directory, and server-to-server communication.
- Proven ability to stabilize complex Domino environments and ensure accurate, timely data flow.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
