Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Duration: ~4 months (likely to extend)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week; Onsite Monday–Thursday, Work from Home Friday
Position Summary
The Financial Analyst will support global technology, supply chain, and finance teams for a leading retail and apparel brand. This role will focus on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, allocation, and variance analysis, while also assisting in financial system administration and cross-functional reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with standard monthly close, forecast, and ad hoc analysis.
- Support both the business and technology sides of the SEC program while collaborating cross-functionally with various levels of leadership.
- Participate in timely and accurate financial system administration to ensure proper internal controls, compliance, and delivery of value-added information.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure operating procedures are updated and accessible.
- Validate user access and ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Provide training and support to business users, acting as a lead expert or super user.
- Prepare timely and insightful financial reports to support analysis against strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, allocation, and variance analysis.
- One of the following educational backgrounds may be accepted:
- PhD or Law 1 year
- Master’s 0–3 years
- Associate’s 1–3 years
- High School 3–5 years
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excel and PowerPoint expertise required.
- Stakeholder management experience required.
- CPA certification nice to have, not required.
- Experience with SAP, Cognos, and/or Concur preferred.
- Ability to create and present PowerPoint decks to leadership.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Comfort working in ambiguity.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Notes
- Prior experience with a global retail or apparel brand is heavily preferred.
- These roles support a team of 5 (FinOps) and work closely with multiple departments.
- Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite at Beaverton WHQ; Friday remote.
