CRM Systems Analyst – Blackbaud Support
About the Role
We're looking for a CRM Systems Analyst to join our team and provide hands-on support for Blackbaud CRM. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for user issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations and helping teams get the most out of the platform.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary and escalation point for Blackbaud CRM support
- Troubleshoot user access, security roles, and permissions issues
- Resolve errors related to queries, data lists, and batch processes
- Assist with front-end system updates and small-scale configuration changes
- Track and document issues, fixes, and best practices
- Collaborate with business users and tech partners to resolve functional questions and improve system usage
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Background in CRM support, help desk, or application troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear communicator who can work with both technical teams and end users
- Highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with SQL or a willingness to learn
