JOB DETAILS
Client Job Title: Project Administration Coordinator III
Duration: 12 months
Location: Jackson, MI
Schedule: Full-time, Field Employee
- Monday/Thursday onsite - Haslett, MI.
- Tuesday onsite - 2 Warren, MI.
- Wednesday/Friday - Remote or in office. Typically, hours from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Wednesdays and Fridays can be work from home days only if there are no onsite responsibilities. There is potential for those days to be in person.
Requirement:
Must Have:
- Minimum associate's degree required
- Strong communication: Project assistants must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate across teams
- Organizational skills: detail-oriented and efficient multitasking
- Technical proficiency: must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Nice to Have:
- Preferred software familiarity: ProjectWise and Unifier
- Preferred pipeline construction knowledge: understanding of industry practices and terminology
