Job Description:
The Benefits Manager helps to design, implement and oversee the administration of Health & Welfare and retirement plans and programs. Design new plans and programs that are both cost effective and aligned to our culture of health and wellness. Ensure legal compliance of all plans and oversee audit requests. You will work closely with consultants, vendors, Legal, HRBP's and the Benefits staff in the administration and evaluation of benefit plans and programs.
Salary : $45 - $50
