Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
- Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Document test procedures, results, and defect reports clearly and concisely.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and manufacturability.
- Monitor production lines for quality issues and implement in-process testing procedures.
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues encountered during testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, reliability, environmental).
- Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C ).
- Ability to interpret schematics, datasheets, and engineering drawings.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, identifying trends and root causes of failures.
- - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance.
- - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
- - Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
