Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing operations.
- Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring for raw materials and components.
- Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring optimal stock levels to support production and minimize waste.
- Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean principles.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain analytics
- International sourcing or logistics experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
