Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery performance.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while meeting production demands.
- Coordinate logistics operations for inbound materials and outbound finished goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with global sourcing, international logistics, and customs compliance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
