Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer extension.
- Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles within manufacturing (e.g., engineering, production, quality, maintenance).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing methodologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical terminology, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (e.g., lean, Six Sigma, CNC, welding, assembly).
