Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors.
- Manage daily quality inspections, testing, and audits of products and manufacturing processes.
- Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
- Maintain and update all quality documentation, procedures, and records accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance schedule for all quality control equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor quality inspection teams.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and using various precision measurement tools.
- ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for SPC and data analysis.
- Certified Internal Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
- Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects.
