Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
- Manage all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and data analysis.
- Ensure products and processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
- Oversee internal and external audits, including ISO certification and customer audits.
- Manage supplier quality programs and incoming material inspection processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their implementation.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with specific industry regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or specialized QMS platforms
- Demonstrated experience in supplier quality management and external audit representation
- Strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning and execution
