Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects (e.g., NPI, process improvements, capital expenditures).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience leading complex projects within manufacturing, from concept to successful delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and supply chain.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risks effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional team management skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience managing projects involving manufacturing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
