Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure schedule adherence and output targets are met.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, managing performance and fostering a positive work environment.

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese)
- Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
