Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization strategies.
- Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock.
