Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a production team to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.

- Proficiency in interpreting production schedules, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience.
- Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior production staff.
