Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, implement, and validate new processes, equipment, and production methods.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and failures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

- Familiarity with process control systems, P&IDs, and manufacturing equipment
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data analysis programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Experience with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
