Key Responsibilities
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related issues and deviations.
- Design, develop, and implement new processes or equipment for production scale-up.
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of process control, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.
- Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Familiarity with CAD software for process layout and equipment design.
