Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Install, commission, and relocate new and existing production machinery.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment history records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections and calibrations of machinery.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout.
- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or a related field.
- PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
- Welding and fabrication skills (TIG, MIG, Stick)
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- HVAC/Refrigeration systems maintenance experience
- Precision alignment and millwright skills
